The five will pass through or stop in the following cities: Ghent, Mechelen, Antwerp, Breda, Rotterdam, Hull, Leeds, Manchester and Burnley. They stop at the following clubs: Anderlecht, Union, FC Malinois, Antwerp, NAC Breda, Sparta Rotterdam, Feyenoord, Hull City, Leeds United, Manchester City and obviously Burnley.
The aim is to raise funds for charities. The sum will be distributed between the BX Brussels associations, an English organization which fights against cancer and another which cares about the mental health of people who need it. At the moment, 3000 euros have already been raised, but the goal is to go well beyond this amount.
Cycle tourists hope to be greeted by Vincent Kompany at Turf Moor when they arrive in Burnley on May 3. But everything will obviously depend on the program of the Burnley coach, who is in the middle of the fight against the descent. This weekend, Burnley brought home a point from Manchester United. Burnley are two points behind number 17 Nottingham Forest. This Saturday, Kompany hosts Newcastle.
