Meet The Fitness Doctor

Robbie Stahl is the CEO of the Fitness Doctor. He has been a kinesiologist, exercise physiologist, biomechanist, nutritionist, researcher, and fitness instructor since 1998. His first encounter with the fitness world occurred when he was just 12 years old when he got his first-ever exercise physiology textbook.
