WHO, Development Banks Launch $1.5 Billion Financing Platform

The World Health Organization said on Monday it had signed a $1.5 billion health financing platform with development banks.

The organization said it will launch the first investment plans in 15 countries, including Jordan, Burundi, Ethiopia and the Maldives.
