What's really good about Belgium is that you always find an opportunity to laugh, even when you're in the middle of the deepest despair. So, you may remember this surreal episode during which we saw a Pakistani imam, Muhammad Ansar Buttchanting several verses of a surah from the Koran in the middle of the Brussels Parliament.
