This was again the case at the start of the week with a round of golf organized at the Golf Club 7 Fontaines in Braine-l'Alleud. Despite the delicate metrological conditions which shortened the journey for some participants, there was a good atmosphere. With a very nice panel of personalities like the actor Bruno Solo, the athletes Silvio Proto, Lorenzo Staelens, Wesley Sonck, Ali Lukunku, the actors Bruno Taloche and Freddy Touguaux, to name a few.
And with 16,174 collected during this day, Alain Allan could have a smile. “We beat last year's record when we raised 74,203 euros across five events. Here, we have just crossed the 80,000 euro mark.”
Another symbolic bar has been crossed. “That of the million euros collected since we launched the Challenge, which is in its 19th edition. It’s a real source of pride.”
