Considering that space travel is essential to Starfield, it would make sense that players need to get themselves the best ships available, in order to combat the hostilities of space and the infinite journeys within. However, Starfield has such a selection of ships that players can make and buy, but only some are the most expensive and can have the player fly through the galaxy in style.

Space travel is a dangerous adventure in Starfield, due to the despicable Crimson Fleet, or simply because of a rogue asteroid field, so it’s best that players splash their cash on the best ship in Starfield that could help them in these dire situations, however, the most expensive ships in Starfield aren’t for everyone, especially those that lack the Credits. To make matters fair, this list will compile a mix of Class A, Class B, and Class C ships, and the most expensive of their respective class.

Players are going to want to amass a wealth of credits, as things in the galaxy are never cheap, and the most expensive ships in Starfield will certainly set players back, whether that’s Class A, Class B, or Class C ships.

12 Reef 3

577,425 Credits

• Purchased From: Ship Service Technician on Neon, Volii

Costing over half a million Credits, players can expect to get the worth they desire from Reef 3, a Class C ship that has it all. This ship has an arsenal of ballistic weapons, and whilst the fuel may be superior in other ships, the hull and cargo size are extremely large, allowing players to safely push through the galaxy and protect their bounty of loot from space pirates. Even superior, is the reactor size, allowing players to place even more upgrades, if they have the Credits left over.

11 Vista 3

548,900 Credits

• Purchased From: Lon Anderssen on Porrima

A rather personal ship, the Vista 3 isn’t exactly designed for piracy and murder across the galaxy, as players who do have the credits to afford this ship will find themselves in a transport vessel. Vista 3 is designed to carry passengers and crew members across the stars safely, thanks to its fuel capacity, cargo size, and shield defense. However, the Vista 3 lacks the necessary weapons for war. Whilst the default weapons equipped are okay, they are by no means the best that Class C has to offer.

10 Narwhal

455,400 Credits

• Purchased From: Veronica Young on Volii

Whilst it’s not the most expensive Class C ship, it’s still worth the price. Its responsive controls make it great for exploration, patrol, and defense, providing a decent balance of what is required for space adventurers with its ballistic weapons and health capabilities. The Narwhal is a rather distinct-looking ship for purchase too, making it an interesting purchase to those with the credits.

9 Kfir 4

277,672 Credits

• Purchased From: Gagarin Landing and Paradiso

For as expensive as this Class A ship is, one would expect it to be well worth the asking price. However, the Kfir 4 suffers from a lack of pretty much everything, including a good crew capacity, except for its Grav Drive. Players shouldn’t invest in this ship due to its terribly low weapon modules, and the fact that its fuel capacity can barely get it past a few solar systems without needing a break.

8 Space Ox 3

425,071 Credits

The Space OX 3 is a great ship for a Class B. It may not offer the largest hull or cargo capacity, but it certainly makes up for it with its line of defense. Players can invest many points into the ship’s weapons, and the reactor can hold many ship system points for that very purpose. The EM is lacking a little, and its price is fairly outrageous.

7 Conquerer 3

443,375 Credits

• Purchased From: Stroud-Eklund Staryard, Red Mile, New Homestead

If players are looking for a heavy tank, then they are going to find one with Conquerer 3, a Class B ship. This ship is made up of the chunkiest parts that the Ship Technicians around the Settled Systems have to offer. Surprisingly, the ship is fairly fast for its mass, although players might be suffering a bit with its lack of weapons, other than its large variety of missile capabilities that can lock on and destroy targets trying to reach that large cargo capacity.

6 Celestial 2

391,350 Credits

• Purchased From: Cydonia, New Homestead

Another B Class ship, the Celestial 2 asks for a pretty penny, but it does provide a pretty ship. The vehicle that players can expect is one that will serve them well, especially with its cargo space, jump capabilities, and shield properties. However, it does have a tense lacking in some of its weapon capabilities and core potential compared to other ships, but since it is below 400,000 Credits, it could be worth a flight test or two.

5 Highlander 3

589,325 Credits

• Purchased From: Akila City, HopeTown

With a large amount of weapons attached to the Highlander 3, players can expect a pretty smooth ride, considering many space pirates and scoundrels won’t want to mess with this Class C ship. It’s an expensive vessel with a great reactor and cargo hold. Players have enough fuel to travel to the stars without a worry in the galaxy about their defense capabilities and life support systems. With a vehicle so big, players will wish they could add more crew members than just 6, especially with a price of well over half a million Credits.

4 Autobahn 3

615,485 Credits

• Purchased From: Red Mile and Cydonia

The Autobahn is an expensive Class C ship that will set players back over half a million Credits. However, it’s pretty worth it, when one considers the amount of points on the reactor, the outrageously large cargo capacity size, and the strength of the hull. The Autobahn 3 is a powerhouse of a ship, provided that players have the coin to lug this heavy vessel around the cosmos.

3 Vanquisher 3

The Vanquisher 3 has a great cargo size and a fair selection of weaponry. Players can find plenty of missiles in need of a target on this ship, along with a fairly cheap ship when one considers that this is a Class C vessel. Its jump and fuel make it great for hopping over Settled Systems, and the unknown solar systems still out there waiting to be explored.

2 Voyager 3

656,300 Credits

• Purchased From: Neon City and Gagarin Landing

If players want a powerhouse of death, then the Voyager 3 can be just that. This expensive Class C ship features so many missile outputs, that the Crimson Fleet will think twice the next time they decide to swoop in for an attack. The cargo capacity may be fairly average, but if players want a good wall of defense, then Voyager 3 can be the tank they need to explore the stars.

1 Renegade 3

578,650 Credits

The Renegade 3 has an impressive arsenal, and its collection of weapons makes it stand on its own against the worst that the galaxy has to offer. Even better still, this Class C ship has a brilliant reactor, allowing players to invest their ship system points into many of their own desires. The cargo is also great, even if the fuel capacity is lacking a tad.
