Occurrences in Honkai: Star Rail‘s Simulated Universe is one of the most exciting features as players can get interesting upgrades from some of them. However, while most of these events have positive outcomes, a chunk of them can be harmful and useless for the players.
Cosmic Merchant (Part 1), for instance, is a terrible event to come across in Honkai: Star Rail Simulated Universe. Fortunately, the occurrence gets better in Cosmic Con Job (Part 2), and becomes excellent in Cosmic Altruist (Part 3).

Cosmic Merchant (Part 1) in Honkai: Star Rail is a scam. The first option, metal Wish-In-A-Bottle, gives a mere 1-star Blessing for the “good value Blessing” gimmick. Meanwhile, the silver ore Wish-In-A-Bottle is even worse as the “surprising Curio” apparently means Negative Curio.

Cosmic Con Job (Part 2) in Honkai: Star Rail has better outcomes than Cosmic Merchant (Part 1), but it’s still quite a gamble for its 100 Cosmic Fragments price. By purchasing the amber Wish-In-A-Bottle, players will get a Normal Curio labeled as “enigmatic Curio.” As for supernium Wish-In-A-Bottle, “dreamlike Blessing” ranges from 1-3 star Blessings. All in all, players who have plenty of luck can nicely make use of this Simulated Universe Occurrence, although in general, it’s not really worth it.
Players can get Cosmic Con Job (Part 2) after experiencing Cosmic Merchant (Part 1).
