Xbox players may soon have their puzzle game appetite satiated as a recently announced title, All You Need Is Help, is set to land on Xbox Game Pass soon as a day-one launch title. Being a co-op game, All You Need Is Help will also cater to those Xbox Game Pass users who want to play with their friends.

The co-op multiplayer genre is quite popular among those who want to bond with family and friends over game sessions. Some games in this category have levels specifically designed to reward coordination among the players. Fortunately for Xbox fans, there is a plethora of co-op games available on Game Pass, and a brand-new title is set to join this long list this year.

Upon the reveal of the 2023 Game Awards’ Game of the Year nominees, Xbox fans weren’t happy with a notable exclusive being left out.

During the ID@Xbox April 2024 event, developer Q-Games showcased the trailer for its new co-op puzzle game, All You Need Is Help. The reveal showed some gameplay footage that gave a glimpse into the cube-shaped player objects in the game. Moreover, it was confirmed that the puzzle title will arrive in Fall 2024 on PC, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Switch. Additionally, since it’s a Game Pass day-one release, All You Need Is Help will hit Game Pass as soon as it launches.

As per the game’s description on its Xbox page, All You Need Is Help is a “quirky” co-op multiplayer title where the players control cubic creatures to clear levels and progress further. The game features various obstacles and a control scheme that requires collaboration among the players. All You Need Is Help‘s co-op supports up to four players and offers both offline and online multiplayer modes.



All You Need Is Help Developer Comes with Some Past Experience

Q-Games has been around since 2006 and has previous experience in the co-op genre, as well as in games containing puzzle-like elements. Furthermore, the studio is the developer behind the PixelJunk franchise, which includes games such as PixelJunk Raiders, PixelJunk Monsters, PixelJunk Shooter, and several more.

Most recently, Q-Games shipped a new version of 2016’s The Tomorrow Children, titled The Tomorrow Children: Phoenix Edition, in 2022. This was yet another game that supported co-op gameplay and featured level design that encouraged players to collaborate in order to advance. The developer’s previous experience with both puzzle and co-op games is promising for All You Need Is Help, and many gamers already have their expectations high as they wait for the next title from Q-Games to launch.
