Burgage Plots primarily serve two functions: firstly, they provide housing for your subjects, and secondly, they can be transformed into various workshops that then benefit your town. To accomplish the former, you’ll need to construct houses on the selected plot, while for the latter, you will have to upgrade the plot.

Select a flexible plot and utilize the four points to define its size and shape. The flexible plot can be in any shape, as long as it has four corners. Utilize the hammer tool to construct the plot. The Plus and Minus buttons will decide how many burgage plots the flexible plot will feature.

Each Burgage Plot will accommodate one small house, with the potential for an additional smaller house if the plot size allows. Expanding the plot towards the rear grants the option to add an extension slot, where you can choose to install a vegetable garden, workshops, or other amenities.

After constructing a Burgage Plot, your next task should involve upgrading, as the base version lacks sufficient functionality. The extension slot offers only three options: a chicken coop, a goat shed, or a vegetable garden.
