An alternative for more experienced players is to visit the KT Shop. You can find the NPC merchant on the second floor balcony of one of the gray buildings in the city. To get there, start walking from the bridge that divides the city to the mission board. Once you find the board, move on, go up the stairs into the city, and you’ll see the aforementioned gray building on your right.

This is where you’ll find the NPC, but there’s a catch. To get access to the assortment of goods, you will need to win a raid beforehand. Otherwise, you will not be able to interact with NPCs. If the Karakura raid has just ended, but you didn’t manage to win, just change servers where the timer to the next raid is shorter, and you’ll be able to achieve your goal much faster.
