Gray Zone Warfare: Meds Wanted Quest Guide

Meds Wanted sends players on a quick run for some medical supplies in a nearby town. Here’s where to find the objective for this task.

Meds Wanted is one of the primary introductory quests in Gray Zone Warfare that’s meant to get players acquainted with their starting locations. It’s arguably the easiest among the three starter quests by virtue of having only one location to visit, though that doesn’t make the task any less dangerous.

This job doesn’t require as much legwork as other tasks in Gray Zone Warfare, but players will still need to stay on their toes for potential hostiles in the objective areas. If you’re having trouble finding where Lab Rat’s meds are, here’s a quick guide for all three factions.

The grid location of the main objective changes according to your faction. However, the general look and layout of the objective itself should remain the same regardless of which faction you joined.

In the Meds Wanted quest, Lab Rat tasks you with finding a UNLRA medical supplies cache and delivering it to her back at base. The cache is found in a UNLRA lab near a water tower compound. You can find it bundled up and placed on a shelf on the far side of one of the compound’s main buildings.

Expect to encounter some resistance once you enter the compound. Perform a thorough sweep before searching the buildings so you don’t get shot in the back. If you’re all out of equipment to bring, you can always buy some more guns and ammo in GZW from Gunny back at base.

Once you’ve grabbed the goods, it’s all a matter of making it back to base alive. If possible, try to place the medical supplies cache inside your secure box so it doesn’t disappear if you die. It will occupy 2×2 tiles’ worth of inventory space. If you’re all out of bags, you can buy some from Handshake or loot one off a dead NPC. Once the cache is secure, call in an exfil chopper by opening your map and clicking on your faction base’s icon.

Completing the Meds Wanted quest will net you a decent amount of cash and XP, reputation points for Lab Rat, and a couple of CT tourniquets, which are used to staunch bleeding. These medical items are also used to revive downed players in Gray Zone Warfare, making them an invaluable part of any operator’s kit when playing in a squad. Always bring a stack of tourniquets before deploying to any of Lamang’s active warzones.
