Westerlo only took a few minutes to surprise La Gantoise in his lair. On a powerful shot from Allahyar Sayyadmanesh, Lucas Stassin made a slight deviation which deceived Davy Roef (3rd, 0-1). A goal validated after a few minutes by the VAR.
In the process, the Campinois came close to the break but the Buffalo goalkeeper was decisive on this new attempt (4th).
