During the final episode of Fallout, it is revealed that Lucy’s father, Hank MacLean, is actually the antagonist of the series, as he was responsible for the bombing of Shady Sands. This revelation leaves Lucy devastated, but she’s unable to kill him. Hank uses Max’s T-60 Power Armor to escape to an unknown location. However, before the season finishes, Hank is shown one last time trudging through the desert to be greeted by the skyline of New Vegas waiting on the horizon.
