So no more “whatever it takes” at EU level, here are the modernized Maastricht criteria again. And, on April 23, they just passed with flying colors in the Strasbourg Parliament, approved by 61.5% of the European deputies present. And the French in this important election? All parties combined, a minority voted “for”.
