Belgians abroad: Openda scorer and passer for Leipzig, Wolfsburg lose Vranckx to injury (VIDEO)

Fulham was held 1-1 by Crystal Palace on Saturday during the 35th day of the English football championship. Timothy Castagne provided the assist for Fulham's opening goal.

Mohamed Simakan, on an assist from Openda, released at the end of the match, (46th, 3-1) and Christoph Baumgartner (80th, 4-1) recorded the victory for Leipzig.

In Fribourg, Sebastiaan Bornauw scored against his side for the visitors (42nd, 1-0) before seeing Maximilian Arnold (82nd, 1-1) and Maxence Lacroix (90th, 1-2) allow the Wolves to win. Koen Casteels was in goal while Aster Vranckx was injured.

Finally, Bremen made short work of Augsburg with goals from Romano Schmid (52nd) and Marvin Ducksch (61st). Up in the 88th, Olivier Deman added a third goal to Werder's tally (90th).

Arne Engels was replaced at half-time for Augsburg while Senne Lynen came off late in the match for Bremen.

Spain

Almeria and Largie Ramazani officially relegated to the Spanish second division

By losing at home to Getafe (1-3), Almeria formalized its relegation from La Liga to the Spanish second division on Saturday afternoon. This defeat, the 21st of the season, leaves the club at the bottom of the standings with only 14 points in 33 matches.

Largie Ramazani is affected by this relegation. The latter did not play the weekend's match with his team due to an exclusion during the defeat against Villarreal last Sunday (1-2).
