It was following a call for projects procedure launched by the College of Mayor and Aldermen at the start of 2024 that the Concession for occupation of the land coupled with the Concession for operating the clubhouse of the Chaussée de Stockel have been attributed to Christian Neirinck. “The file was analyzed by our legal department on the basis of strict specifications, as well as guarantees in terms of strong local roots, concrete actions carried out in relation to respect for the neighborhood, quality and training of young people, policy on the promotion of women's football or guarantees on the structure and financial managementexplained Benoît Cerexhe. We are therefore very happy, as municipal authorities, that this historic club of Woluwe-Saint-Pierre, more than 80 years old, can get back on a healthy footing after months of unrest linked to incessant quarrels between the directors of the old committee, who have now all resigned…”
In November 2021, a Provisional Administrator was in fact appointed and in April 2022 the College of Mayors and Aldermen unilaterally denounced the Occupation Agreements, with one year's notice, which had been extended.

The new President, a Saint-Pétrusian for many years, will put all his energy, and with his family, for the good of the Green and White. “We must reconnect with the DNA of Stockel with its strong local and family rootshe insisted. I would never have taken on such a challenge for another club! But it hurt me to see him sink into crisis and this negative spiral because of fights within the committee. Young people are clearly at the heart of my project. We must no longer look back to the past but build a positive future, with strong values of respect, at all levels. Stockel is a wonderful and unique club, you have to live up to its heritage and its 'alumni'!
