Amaniyat launches “Beyond”, a luxury real estate company

Omniyat Group has announced the launch of Beyond, a real estate development company specializing in luxury properties. As part of this initiative, Omniyat Group has unveiled a strategic 11 million square feet project on the Jumeirah coast, with 8 million square feet allocated to Beyond.

The new project will combine world-class amenities and luxury with interactive technologies. Strategically located on the Jumeirah coast, this mega project will include vast green spaces, all amenities and luxury, as well as the finest international hospitality services.

Mahdi Amjad, Founder and CEO of Omniyat Group, said: “Omniyat Group is proud to partner with Dubai Maritime City to launch this ambitious project. The collaboration has allowed us to create a unique destination within Dubai Maritime City, and the nature and continuous achievements witnessed by Dubai Maritime City have formed the basis for us to create a unique project that sets new standards for the concept of urban living.”

Ahmed Al Hammadi, Chief Operating Officer of Dubai Maritime City, said: “We are proud to announce a new milestone in the development of Dubai Maritime City, where we are working closely with leading real estate developers to deliver an innovative master plan. The Omniyat destination within Dubai Maritime City represents the pinnacle of this transformation. Our collaboration with Omniyat has resulted in a project that will set a new benchmark for waterfront development in Dubai.”
