On 18 October this year, a 22-year-old woman must appear in Sandnes courthouse accused of various things related to driving.
Shortly before Sunday 27 February this year, she allegedly stole a car in Bryne. Alternatively, the indictment states that on 3 March this year she was in possession of the car which was the proceeds of a criminal offence.
On 3 March at around 2pm, she is said to have driven the car on various roads in Time. In connection with the fact that she allegedly tried to evade a police check, she allegedly swerved at high speed onto Fv 44 without a clear line of sight
She is said to have driven in the wrong direction through the roundabout at the M44 between Fv 44 and Jupitervegen, and continued to drive in the wrong lane to the next roundabout between Fv 44 and Arne Garborgs vei. This meant that several of the cars in the oncoming lane had to drive partially off the road to avoid a collision. The driving is said to have been partly wobbly and she only stopped when she allegedly drove into a garden at high speed.
According to the indictment, the 22-year-old was under the influence of amphetamines and narcotic tablets during the drive. She also allegedly drove the car without having a valid driving licence.
