
EFE.- The owner of the Court of Instruction number 10 of Valencia opened a investigated and quoted the three young people between the ages of 18 and 21 who arrested by the police last Tuesday as assumptions perpetrators of a hate crimehaving hurled racist slurs to the Real Madrid player Vinícius on Sunday at Mestalla.
The instructor too will take a statement by videoconferenceas injuredto Vinícius, informed the Superior Court of Justice of the Valencian Community in a release in which the date of said appearances is not reported.
Prior to that statement, the three investigated must appear in court to receive instruction of the rights that assist them in application of article 118 of the Criminal Procedure Law.
INVESTIGATION
The court opened the proceedings after receiving a crowded for possible hate crime prepared by the Information Brigade of the Police Headquarters of the Valencian Community after the racist insults that Vinícius received in Valencia.

To these preliminary proceedings is accumulated a complaint for the same facts filed by the National Professional Soccer Leaguean entity that is already considered a person in the case as a private prosecution.
