On November 28, 2024, the University of Nicosia (UNIC) will hold a masterclass titled “Get In Your Customer’s Mind”, as part of its “Life Changing Ideas” executive training series. This session, led by Dr Pantelis Solomon, will delve into consumer psychology and decision-making.
With over 20 years of experience in behavioural economics, Dr Solomon holds a PhD from Brown University and served as a principal adviser in the British Government’s “Nudge Unit”. His expertise focuses on the psychological and economic factors that influence consumer behaviour, offering practical insights for customer-centric innovations across Europe.
The masterclass offers an intensive, three-hour session focused on understanding consumer behaviour through behavioural science. Participants will examine mental shortcuts, biases and emotional drivers that affect decisions, presented through interactive discussions and real-world examples.
