UAE, Tunisia discuss ways to enhance parliamentary cooperation

His Excellency Dr. Ali Rashid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Defense, Interior and Foreign Affairs Committee of the Federal National Council, discussed with Hussam Eddine Dakhil, Chargé d’Affaires at the Embassy of the Republic of Tunisia to the UAE, ways to enhance bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries in various fields, especially parliamentary ones.

This came during the meeting that took place between them today at the Council’s headquarters in Abu Dhabi.

His Excellency Dr. Ali Al Nuaimi stressed that the UAE-Tunisian relations are deep-rooted and historical, extending over decades of cooperation and mutual understanding, as the two countries are bound together by strong ties based on mutual respect and partnership in various fields.

His Excellency expressed his wishes for Hussam El-Din Dakhil to succeed in his work, which will contribute to pushing the existing cooperation relations to broader horizons.

In turn, Hussam El-Din Dakhil expressed his aspiration to develop the existing cooperation and partnership relations between the two brotherly countries, praising the progress and development achieved by the UAE in various fields.
