His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, received a government delegation from the Chinese province of Guangdong, which is currently visiting the country, at his palace in Saqr bin Mohammed City yesterday.
His Highness the Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah welcomed the Chinese delegation, stressing that the strategic relations between the UAE and China witness broader horizons of fruitful bilateral cooperation at various levels, which meets the aspirations of the two friendly countries towards achieving more progress, prosperity and flourishing.
During the meeting, opportunities for governmental and economic cooperation between the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah and the cities of Guangdong Province were discussed, which would enhance the strategic partnership and growing economic relations between the two countries in various sectors.
For his part, the visiting delegation expressed its deep thanks and appreciation to His Highness the Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah for the generous hospitality and warm reception, praising the cultural renaissance witnessed by the UAE and the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah in all fields, especially the economic, urban, tourism, and quality of infrastructure, which contributed to supporting the growth and prosperity of businesses in the emirate.
