The American CNN network said that Trump won the states of Indiana (61.9 percent) and Kentucky (72.3 percent).
On the other hand, Harris won the state Vermont (76 percent).
This means that Trump currently has 19 electoral votes, compared to 3 for Harris.
The first polls in the intense presidential race have closed, but it may take days for the winner to be announced, as voters continue to line up to cast their votes in many states across the country.
Voting ended at 6 pm local time (23:00 GMT) in some polling stations in the states of Indiana and Kentucky.
