He explained that if we want to extricate the Palestinian issue from this vicious circle in which it has been taking place for seven decades, concrete steps must be taken to establish an independent Palestinian state, with East Jerusalem as its capital, based on the two-state solution, indicating that adhering to the principles of tolerance and peaceful coexistence is the solution to extinguishing the spark of conflicts. He said that the UAE believes that diplomacy is our best option, as we cannot extinguish fire with fire, and when traditional approaches do not work, it is our duty to renew them, so that we can act in the darkest moments of history, reiterating the UAE’s demand that Iran end its occupation of the three UAE islands, Greater Tunb and Lesser Tunb.
