My family’s hearts and prayers go out to the family of Pottstown Cpl. Anthony Fischer. Thankfully the officer’s wound is not life-threatening, but the recovery is surely going to be painful. Our police are there to protect us and I have nothing but the utmost respect for them and the job they do. Hoping that Cpl. Fischer makes a full and speedy recovery.

Josh Shapiro and his attorney general will be remembered in the next round of state elections for not enforcing the PA Supreme Court ruling on ballot counting. These election supervisors in Bucks and the other counties should be prosecuted for not following the law, but we know that will never happen! Shapiro also reneged on his election promise to help with vouchers for education, caving to the teachers’ union. Typical Democratic swamp rat!

The Democrats had a real opportunity to win this election, but due to their leftist agenda, they completely blew it. Sen.Joe Manchin, a longtime real Democrat was a sure winner for the party, getting many Republican votes as well as all Democrat votes, exactly the opposite of what Harris did. They deserve to stew for 4 years with their all-or-nothing policy. Hopefully the party faithful learned a lesson.

Once again, Trump will be inheriting a booming stock market, and probably ruin it. Suggesting that the market is doing so well because Trump “might win the election” is absurd. Trump had nothing to do with it. Biden and Harris are in charge. Of course, Trump will take credit for something he didn’t do. It’s what he does. How about taking the blame for something that he screws up, like the pandemic? Not Trump. He never will.
The Associated Press hasn’t learned their lesson about how much Americans hate biased journalism. Saturday’s AP headline reads “Trump Picks Anti-Vaccine Activist RFK JR as Health Secretary.” I don’t recall any AP articles in 2021 announcing “Biden Picks Obese Transgender Activist as Assistant Secretary of Health” or “Biden Picks Critical Race Theory Activist as Chief DEI Officer” or “Biden Picks Gay Rights Activist as Secretary of Transportation.” The Dem press be tripp’n!

After spending $800,000 on legal fees and design for a building not built, we are spending $200,000 and another $61,700 in grants on a playground on the edge of Pottstown. Who will get the most use out of it? It is time to get things under control and better management.

I keep reading in Sound Off that they know that Trump is going to cut Social Security, and Medicare, raise inflation, deplete the working class, start wars all over the world, and destroy the polar caps.
