His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Crown Prince of Ras Al Khaimah, Chairman of the Judicial Council, issued Resolution No. 53 of 2024, assigning Counselor Mohammed Saeed Darwish to work as President of the Court of First Instance in the Ras Al Khaimah Courts, in addition to his work duties.
Counselor Ahmed Mohammed Al Khatri, President of the Ras Al Khaimah Courts, welcomed the decision to assign Judge Mohammed Saeed Darwish to serve as President of the Court of First Instance, which represents a new addition, given his long judicial experience that will contribute to enhancing the court’s successes.
Advisor Al Khatri explained that the decision confirms the belief of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, in the ability of Emirati leaders to develop in the judicial field and in various fields, and the keenness to invest in national human resources, and open the way for them to work in leadership positions, wishing him all the best and success in his career.
