One of the many Sabres who has been making a significant impact as of late is Owen Power. The 21-year-old has provided excellent offense from the point, posting one goal and seven points over his last five games.
The potential for Power to be a more significant offensive threat on the point is undoubtedly there. It is one of the primary reasons why the Sabres selected him as the first overall pick in 2021. Now, we are starting to see the Mississauga, Ontario native become just that.
In 10 games this season so far, Power has two goals and eight points. Overall, it has been a great start to the campaign for the 6-foot-6 defender, and if he keeps this up, he will have himself a nice breakout year for the Sabres. We will need to wait and see how he builds off his strong start from here.
