PASCAL inaugurates new Larnaca premises

PASCAL Private Kindergarten & Primary School Larnaca proudly celebrated the inauguration of its new premises on October, 21, 2024. The event, held under the auspices of Annita Demetriou, President of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Cyprus, marked a key milestone in the school’s mission to deliver pioneering, high-quality education to the next generation.

The ceremony, attended by key figures from the education sector, government officials, ambassadors, distinguished guests, academic staff and parents, was a testament to PASCAL International Education’s commitment to fostering a modern learning environment where “We Grow Together”.

In her keynote address, House President Demetriou praised PASCAL schools for their contribution to Cyprus, particularly to Larnaca’s educational landscape. “PASCAL International Education exemplifies the values of growth, inclusion, and forward-thinking education,” she noted. “The opening of these state-of-the-art facilities in Larnaca highlights PASCAL’s dedication to nurturing young minds, and empowering them to become the active global citizens of tomorrow.”

The event also featured remarks from Anna Papandreou, Head Teacher of PASCAL Private Kindergarten & Primary School Larnaca, who expressed her enthusiasm for the new facilities and the organisation’s vision. “This school is more than just a place to learn—it will serve as a place, where students from different parts of the world will come together, learn together, and grow together,” she said. “In this space, friendships will be formed that transcend borders. The seeds of understanding, tolerance, and mutual respect will be planted here, and I have no doubt that they will blossom into a brighter, more peaceful future.”

PASCAL inaugurates new Larnaca premises

As of September 2024, the new premises have been home to a vibrant community of 550 pupils, aged 3 to 12, representing over 40 nationalities. The facilities include 28 interactive classrooms, cutting-edge computer labs, specialised STEAM labs, multi-purpose rooms and inviting outdoor spaces.

In alignment with the mission of our parent group, Globeducate, to shape a better world, the Larnaca campus is also committed to sustainability. Both PASCAL Private Kindergarten & Primary School and PASCAL Private Secondary School harness energy through advanced photovoltaic systems, currently supplying up to 90 per cent of the energy required to power the entire campus.

PASCAL Private Kindergarten & Primary School Larnaca looks forward to continuing its legacy of educational leadership and community engagement, as it welcomes future generations of pupils to its new home in Larnaca.
