MUSKEGON COUNTY, MI — An Orchard View Middle School student was injured after being struck by a vehicle early Wednesday, Jan. 25 near the school.
School officials said the crash happened before school, on Sheridan Drive south of the middle school.
The student was reported to be awake and talking later while receiving treatment at a hospital. The extent of the injuries was not immediately known.
School leaders said the student was attempting to cross Sheridan Drive when the crash happened.
