The Director of Social Affairs and Labor in Homs opened 3 shelter centers designated for arrivals to the city, which are the Mahmoud Othman School in Al-Qusour, the Abdul Rahman Shtour School in Al-Bayyada, and Al-Baraa School in Deir Baalba, without receiving any arrivals.

It also opened individual shelter centers, namely 3 schools in Qusayr and 4 centers in Qusayr and Tal Kalakh, in addition to preparing two centers to receive collective shelter cases from Lebanon in the Monastery of Saint Elias and the Virgin Mary in Rabla in the Qusayr countryside.
