Plenty of regular readers of this column buy Pennsylvania fishing and hunting licenses each year. The fishing license is purchased through the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission (PFBC), the hunting license through the Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC). While the two agencies are independent of each other, they’re not opposed to working together.
