Nakheel, a subsidiary of Dubai Holding Properties, has awarded a AED 1.8 billion contract to build the Como Residences tower on Palm Jumeirah to Alec Engineering & Contracting.».
The luxury residential tower is scheduled for completion in Q2 2028. It will have 75 floors with a total height of over 300 metres and will feature 81 residential units ranging from two to seven bedrooms, including a duplex penthouse. Each floor will have a maximum of two apartments with private elevators leading to individual lobbies.
