Morocco’s central bank keeps interest rate at 2.75 percent

The bank said in a statement after the quarterly meeting of its board of directors that economic growth in Morocco It will drop to 2.8 percent this year from 3.4 percent last year due to drought.

The bank added that it expects growth to accelerate to 4.4 percent next year.
