Jordan repatriates two citizens detained in Israel

The Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed the return of Return repairman andHussein Al-Naimat To the Kingdom.

Jordanian Foreign Ministry spokesman Sufyan Qudah said, “Since the incident occurred, the ministry has been following up on the conditions of the two citizens and has coordinated with the relevant Jordanian authorities to secure their return as soon as possible.”

The judges indicated that they “have already entered Jordanian territory, are in good health and have headed to their families.”

Earlier on Sunday, an Israeli court announced the release of Al-Awdat and Al-Naimat, who were arrested after the attack at Allenby crossing.

Earlier this September, a Jordanian named Maher Al-Jazi carried out a shooting attack at the border crossing between Jordan and the occupied West Bank, killing three Israeli security guards.
