But he added that Israel “must retain the freedom to carry out operations inside Lebanon in the event of violation of any agreement.”
The newspaper also explained that Israel agreed to be strengthened Lebanese Army before US France and Britain, which will also be guarantors of this agreement and part of its implementation mechanism.
The Israelis doubt the Lebanese army’s ability to act against Hezbollah, especially since the level of Israeli confidence in the Lebanese army is not high, but the Americans say they have guarantees that this will happen.
