Israel and Hezbollah exchange accusations of violating the ceasefire

The Israeli air strike on Thursday was the first since the agreement came into force on Wednesday morning.

The ceasefire agreement stipulates the dismantling of unauthorized military installations south of the Litani River, but it does not mention military installations north of the river.
