Four children and their mother were killed and others were injured, on Monday morning, in an Israeli bombardment of a house in Deir al-Balah, in the central Gaza Strip.
The Palestinian News Agency (WAFA) quoted local sources as saying that the aircraft targeted the Abu Samak family’s house near Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir al-Balah, killing 4 children and their mother and wounding others.
Israeli helicopters also fired at homes in the Zeitoun neighborhood, southeast of Gaza City, while artillery renewed its heavy shelling of the city’s southwestern neighborhoods.
In another attack on Monday morning, 3 Palestinians were killed and others were injured in an Israeli bombardment that targeted a school housing displaced people in the Nuseirat camp in the central Gaza Strip.
Local sources reported that Israeli forces bombed a row on the upper floor of Khaled bin Al-Walid School, which houses displaced people in Al-Nuseirat camp.
Israeli forces bombed the Kafr Qasim school in the Shati refugee camp, which was sheltering displaced people, on Sunday, killing 7 people and wounding others, according to WAFA.
