The Philadelphia Flyers returned to practice on Monday (Nov. 4), but a significant player was missing. Samuel Ersson did not practice with the club.

This news comes after Ersson left his last start against the Boston Bruins with a lower-body injury. Thus, this latest development is not the best.
Ersson, 25, is the Flyers’ top goalie, so it would be far less than ideal if he needs to miss time. In nine games this season, he has a 4-2-1 record, a 2.68 goals-against average, and a .901 save percentage.
We will now need to wait for an update regarding the 2018 fifth-round pick from here.
