Erdogan calls on Russia and Iran to take measures to protect Syria’s territorial integrity

In an event with representatives of the Turkish media, he added, “We will defend an urgent and lasting peace in Syria (…) Israel poses a tangible threat to regional and global peace.”

The Turkish President added: “This shame stains the foreheads of the supporters of the terrorist Zionist organization known today as Israel and will haunt them for generations.”

Erdogan continued: We cannot ignore the Israeli aggression and we are monitoring the situation through our intelligence regarding the steps that Israel has taken and may take towards Türkiye.
