When faced with life’s challenges, one can either give up or turn these challenges into new opportunities. This is what Amani Al Saeedi, an Emirati entrepreneur, did when she decided to start a pioneering project in the world of food trucks.
Amani Al Saeedi, from Ajman, is a living example of ambitious and persevering Emirati youth. With a strong will and a clear vision, she turned the challenges she faced into opportunities to achieve success in her food truck project. Extensive experience
Amani has been known for her passion for science and learning since she was young. She obtained her Master’s degree in Business Administration and Law with distinction from Ajman University. She worked in the private sector for a period and gained extensive experience. She has a passion for new entrepreneurial experiences.
Speaking about the motivations behind launching her “Khatafy” project, Amani Al-Saeedi told Al Bayan: “The need to pay off financial obligations was the main motivation for starting the food truck project. I started in this field after defining and developing the idea, then moving to implement it on the ground.” She added: “I was inspired by the quote in which the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, may God bless his soul, quoted a verse by Ibn Al-Wardi: “Never say my origin and lineage, for the origin of a man is what he has acquired,” which motivated her to continue her career in work and creativity, stressing that the value of a person lies in his work. Amani relied on her studies in business administration, which provided her with the theoretical knowledge necessary to manage the project. Regarding this, she said: “The main challenges were financing and other matters, but I overcame them by applying what I learned practically.”

“The food truck offers a variety of coffee and homemade baked goods with a personal touch. I like to serve what I personally enjoy consuming. All the baked goods and coffee are homemade. This keeps people coming back for more,” she continued.

Regarding her advice to young people who want to start their own projects, Amani stressed the importance of actually starting and reducing talk about excessive planning, stressing that implementation is the key to achieving success. She added: “You have to pay to learn, and building your own project is the best academy to get what you want to learn.”
She added: Social media is one of the most important marketing tools in the modern era. It is one of the accelerators of spread in our current era, and I use it to market products so that they reach people faster and more effectively.

Amani evaluates her experience in the food cart project positively, while leaving the future to determine its course. She says: I aspire to improve and expand the services over time, and I feel deeply grateful to everyone who supported me and stood by me in my journey, and it is natural to thank the relevant authorities for facilitating the licensing procedures. I look forward to a future full of achievements and taking advantage of opportunities.
