His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, stressed the importance of empowering minds with cognitive tools, and providing the requirements for developing the educational process that contribute to achieving the nation’s renaissance and supporting the pillars of its development.
This came during His Highness’ attendance at the graduation ceremony of 374 students from the Higher Colleges of Technology in Fujairah, class of 2024, under the slogan “Empowering Minds… Creating the Future,” which was held in the “Al Bayt Mitwahid” Hall in the emirate, accompanied by His Highness his son Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed. Bin Hamad Al Sharqi, Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad bin Saif Al Sharqi, President of the Emirates Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation, and His Excellency Dr. Ahmed Belhoul Al Falasi, President of the Higher Colleges of Technology.
His Highness the Crown Prince of Fujairah pointed to the interest of His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Fujairah, in enhancing the quality of education and its academic and applied practices, and His Highness’s support for the educational institution system in the emirate, as it is an essential pillar in the comprehensive development process, and a major contributor to achieving the vision of The UAE is ambitious towards global leadership in the education sector.
His Highness congratulated the graduates, male and female, and their families, on this academic achievement and successfully passing this academic stage, calling on them to continue the learning journey and take advantage of the opportunities available in all fields to serve the nation and contribute to its development and building its renaissance. His Highness praised the efforts of the educational staff and the support of the students’ parents towards achieving the best results. .
Dr. Faisal Al-Ayyan, Director of the Higher Colleges of Technology Complex, delivered a speech on behalf of the Colleges’ Board of Trustees, in which he praised the wise leadership’s continued support for the educational sector in the Emirate of Fujairah, stressing that this support constitutes a great and important incentive for the successful completion of the academic stage for this year’s batch.
The ceremony program included a visual presentation entitled “Path of Excellence,” which reviewed the graduates’ achievements. Then the graduates gave speeches expressing their thanks and gratitude, followed by a moment of taking the oath of loyalty, then the graduation ceremony and honoring the distinguished students.
The ceremony was attended by a number of officials, parents and families of graduates.
