Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) is participating in the UAE Careers Vision 2024 Exhibition from September 24 to 26, offering 83 jobs in various professional and administrative specializations, covering several specialized career paths, namely: (Leaders’ Path, Specialized Technical Path, Engineering Path, Flexible Inspection Path, Support Path), and 20 jobs allocated to the Fast Track for Engineers, which was launched earlier this year. It is worth noting that job seekers will be interviewed on-the-spot by the concerned department and section managers or specialists during the exhibition period, in preparation for joining the jobs for which they are nominated later.
Training programs for students will also be presented and reviewed, such as: scholarships, practical training, empowerment, and generations. These programs are in line with the requirements of future jobs based on technology and artificial intelligence. Through them, the Authority seeks to qualify and train Emirati students who are new university and college graduates and enroll them in work at the Authority, with the aim of providing trained and qualified national cadres to participate in achieving sustainable development.

Through its participation in the Emirates Careers Vision 2024 Exhibition, the Authority aims to enhance the Emiratisation strategy by attracting and qualifying Emirati graduates and talents, providing them with suitable job opportunities, as well as encouraging them to develop their expertise, expand their circle of relationships, and provide them with all the guidance and tools they need to advance their career path to the best levels. The exhibition will contribute to strengthening the Authority’s database with qualified national cadres to attract them to fill future vacancies, and include them in training programs that hone their professional and technical skills.
