dnata wins contract with Royal Jordanian at JFK International Airport

dnata, the world’s leading aviation and travel services company, has been awarded a multi-year contract to provide services to Royal Jordanian Airlines at New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport.

dnata will provide a full range of safe and reliable passenger and baggage services to the Jordanian national carrier, which operates daily services between JFK and Queen Alia International Airport in Amman. dnata’s dedicated team will help ensure a high-quality travel experience for 125,000 passengers on 360 Royal Jordanian flights annually.

This contract will expand the existing partnership between the two parties in the United States, where dnata has already provided a full range of ground handling services to Royal Jordanian in Detroit since 2019.

dnata currently operates in Terminals 1, 4 and 8 at JFK International Airport and serves over 30 airlines at the airport with a team of 1,100 aviation professionals handling over 21,000 flights annually.

dnata provides a range of ground handling, logistics and cargo services to over 70 airlines across the US through its 3,300 customer-focused employees. In the 2023-24 financial year, dnata assisted over 60,000 flights in the US, assisting over 18 million passengers and handling 200,000 tonnes of cargo.

Founded in 1959, dnata has established itself as a global leader in aviation and travel services, delivering high-quality, safe ground handling, cargo, travel, catering and retail services to over 30 countries across six continents. In the financial year 2023-24, dnata’s teams handled over 778,000 flights, moved 2.9 million tonnes of cargo, uplifted 123 million meals and recorded a total of 1,000 travel services transactions.
