Cyprus-based Ralliton and global software provider SoftwareOne Holding AG this week announced that they have entered into a strategic partnership.
According to the announcement, the partnership aims to deliver advanced cloud and AI solutions exclusively in Cyprus and Malta, targeting key industries undergoing digital transformation.
Under the terms of the agreement, Ralliton and SoftwareOne will combine their expertise to offer a portfolio of solutions, including Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data analytics, cloud infrastructure, application modernisation, as well as Digital Workplace and Security services focused on Microsoft technologies.
The collaboration aims to support industries such as fintech, shipping, insurance, and gaming, which have shown rapid growth in adopting digital innovation.
“This new expanded cooperation with Ralliton is a transformative step for both companies. Our shared commitment to innovation and customer centricity has been the foundation of our ongoing success,” said Hannes Pfneinszl, General Manager, SoftwareOne CEE.
“By expanding our partnership in Cyprus and Malta and driving increasing adoption of SoftwareOne, we are providing clients with extraordinary opportunities to maximise the value of technology,” Pfneinszl added.
The joint initiative will also deliver a Managed Security Operations Centre (SOC), enabling businesses to benefit from continuous monitoring, threat detection, and rapid response to security incidents.
These services are designed to help organisations enhance operational efficiency, comply with evolving regulations, and deliver improved user experiences.
“We’re excited to extend our partnership with SoftwareOne in Cyprus and Malta. Through our expertise and managed services, businesses will have the resources they need to achieve their business transformation goals with leading technology,” said Ralliton co-founders Kyriacos Kyriacou and Christina Delcea.
