INDIAN TRAIL, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — One person is hurt after a fire completely destroyed a house in Union County, officials confirmed on Saturday.
Around 10 a.m., crews responded to the fire at 3800 Cardinal Bluff Lane and saw a large blaze when they arrived. Union County officials tell Queen City News at least four people were inside and one was treated for non-life-threatening burn injuries. Everyone received the necessary medical care and is in stable condition.
The house is considered a complete loss and was still an active scene more than two hours after the initial call.
The cause of the fire has not yet been released.
