The data showed that the installed capacity of hydroelectric energy, wind energy, solar energy, and biomass energy amounted to 430 million kilowatts, 480 million kilowatts, 770 million kilowatts, and 46 million kilowatts, respectively.
She added that during the first three quarters of this year, the volume of electricity generation with renewable energy in China increased by 20.9 percent year on year to reach 2.51 trillion kilowatt-hours, which represents about 35.5 percent of the total volume of power generation in China.
