His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, may God protect him, confirmed that China is the largest trading partner in the world for the UAE, noting that the annual non-oil trade exchange between the two countries exceeds 296 billion dirhams.
His Highness said via the “X” platform: Today, I was pleased to meet His Excellency Li Keqiang, Premier of the State Council of China.
China is the largest trading partner of the UAE in the world. Our annual non-oil trade exchange exceeds 296 billion dirhams. Today, we have distinguished economic, cultural and political relations that we are counting on.
“We have 170 schools in the country where students learn Chinese because we know that strong future relations with China mean a better future for all.”
