It seems like the island cannot get enough of this refreshing music collaboration between the well-known Cypriot singer Michalis Tterlikkas and jazz rockers Fuzz Bus. Following an intimate performance in a Lympia bar, the local musicians will join forces again for a special evening at a winery to celebrate the autumn season and the grape harvest.
Zambartas Wineries will host musicians and guests on November 2 for a special under-the-grapevine music gathering titled End of Harvest Party. With a bit of Fengaros Festival 2023 and 2024 flair, the musicians will present to audiences a unique show they call ‘out of our comfort zone’. Their Vraka, “Asherobasma” as well as less known songs performed without any of the traditional instruments. Instead, the band uses drums, bass, guitar and keyboard.
Before and after the Terlikkas X Fuzz Bus performance, which will kick off at 7pm, the band will take the floor solo to entertain guests with their soul, jazz and funk pieces.
“They will lift up your ‘Cypriot’ spirits while you enjoy a glass of wine surrounded by autumn colours,” say organisers. “Behind the bar, we will serve a variety of wines by the glass and by bottle, organic tea, Cypriot ice tea, water, nuts and crisps. In case you get hungry, there will be food choices to purchase. Let’s enjoy, dance and relax, as the harvest is finished, and the seasons are changing.”
