Burjeel Holdings today announced plans to launch IVF services. The group offers comprehensive services in advanced gynecology, fetal medicine and pediatric subspecialties, with the addition of IVF, as part of its strategy to expand healthcare services for women and children. Burjeel aims to provide an integrated approach to women’s care, ensuring continuity of care for women at all stages of life.

Comprehensive care for women
The integration of IVF services, combined with the group’s existing expertise in advanced gynecology, fetal medicine and paediatric subspecialties, will add to the integrated care offering for women on a seamless journey from conception to delivery. The Trust Fertility Clinic at Burjeel Medical City (BMC), Burjeel Holdings’ flagship facility, will further enhance the group’s services, addressing fertility challenges and enabling women to receive all the necessary care under one roof. Burjeel Medical City is home to several renowned clinics including Efimendo Clinic, Advanced Gynaecology Institute, Kypros Nicolaides Fetal Medicine Centre and the state-of-the-art Obstetrics and Gynaecology Department. With dedicated Neonatal and Pediatric Intensive Care Units (NICU and PICU), the hospital ensures the highest standards of maternal and newborn health.

“The IVF market in the UAE is rapidly growing and transforming, reflecting social trends and advances in reproductive technologies,” said John Sunil, CEO of Burjeel Holdings. “The addition of fertility services not only enhances our comprehensive women’s healthcare portfolio, but also positions us to meet the growing demand in the region. The centre will be led by Dr. Walid Sayed, a leading expert in reproductive endocrinology and infertility with over 29 years of experience, who has played a major role in shaping the IVF regulations in the UAE, making him a highly trusted authority in the field.

“As part of Burjeel’s comprehensive women’s healthcare, Trust Fertility Clinic will play a crucial role in addressing the unique fertility challenges faced by many families,” said Dr. Walid Sayed, Medical Director of Trust Fertility Clinic. “Our services focus on providing evidence-based, personalized treatments that incorporate the latest advances in reproductive medicine.
