WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (WGHP) — A new restaurant in Winston-Salem wants to take diners on a culinary adventure around the world. And, it’s named after the popular local chef’s globe-traveling grandma.
Betty on Burke serves a fusion of food including Korean beef bowls, Vietnamese tacos, and Italian lemon spaghetti.
The owners plan to keep the menu small and change it up often. It’s only been open for about a month.
So far, diners are impressed. Most days you need a reservation to get a table for lunch. FOX8 FOODIE Shannon Smith gives us a taste of Betty of Burke.
